Marti is celebrating her 30th year as a trainer and owner of Workshops That Work!  She works with clients in the public and private sector, in organizations throughout the United States and overseas.

Marti has degrees from York College of Pennsylvania and San Francisco State University. Her education is in Psychology and Adult Education, and she is working toward a doctoral degree. In her extensive travels, she works with and studies organizational development practices all over the world, including Europe, the Western Pacific, and the Far East.
